  • Jewellery items may have slight design variations due to handmade or production processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • We reserve the right to change prices anytime without notice.
  • We accept:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Bank Transfer / Online Payment (if applicable)

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via call, SMS, or email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Out-of-stock items
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Suspicious/fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days nationwide (may vary for remote areas).
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.
  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

6. Exchange & Return Policy

  • Clothing:
    • Exchange allowed within 3 days of delivery
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and with tags
  • Jewellery:
    • Due to hygiene and delicate nature, no returns unless item is damaged or defective
  • Important:
    • Customers must provide unboxing video/photo proof for claims
    • Shipping cost for exchange may be charged to customer

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Product is damaged/defective
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after verification.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (images, logos, designs, text) belongs to zuhas.com.pk.
  • Copying or using content without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
