Refund & Exchange Policy 

At zuhas.com.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Exchange Policy

Clothing Items

  • Exchange allowed within 3 days of delivery

  • Item must be:

    • Unused & unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging

  • Exchange is applicable for:

    • Size issues

    • Defective or damaged product

Jewellery Items

  • Due to hygiene and delicate nature, no exchange is allowed

  • Exchange only in case of:

    • Damaged item received

    • Wrong item delivered


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product received damaged or defective

Conditions:

  • Complaint must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Unboxing video or clear pictures must be provided as proof


3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund method:

    • Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (as agreed)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


4. Exchange Process

  • Customer must contact us via WhatsApp or email

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process

  • Customer may need to send the product back (shipping cost may apply)


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without tags/packaging

  • Jewellery (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Discounted or sale items (optional — you can allow or restrict)


6. Important Notes

  • Slight color differences due to lighting/screens are not considered defects

  • We are not responsible for damage caused after use

  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
